Throughout my life, I’ve been led by two deep callings: the desire to create a more just, soulful world, and the yearning to evolve—to become more aligned with the purpose I came here to fulfill. That same dual impulse—of personal growth and collective change—now guides the work I offer through the Butterfly House Project.
I support women and seekers of all identities who are ready to step into their truth, explore their creative depths, and embrace new ways of being. Rooted in women’s wisdom and sovereignty, my work is a portal between what is and what could be—a space where the personal and collective intersect, where vulnerability becomes power, and where your story is honored and heard.
With an M.Ed. in Art for Social Change and a background that weaves together radio-making, theater, design, home renovation, clowning, visual arts, peer counselling, and arts-based facilitation, I bring a rich tapestry of creative tools to help you access your inner wisdom. I’ve spent decades exploring transformation in its many forms—holding space for the messy, magical middle where something new begins to take shape.
My focus is on creating spaces for women and creative seekers to reconnect with their inner wisdom through embodied expression, imaginative play, and ritual practice. Whether you’re navigating a life transition or simply sensing it’s time to reawaken your creative spark, I’m here to support your unfolding.
This work isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about helping you remember who you are—
and who you’re becoming.

I’m an Imagination Doula ▸
I support people through creative transformation.
Drawing on my experience as a birth and death doula, I guide you through life’s transitions with care, imagination, and process-based support. Using arts-based practices, we work together to reconnect you to your creative voice and help you move through change with authenticity, expression, and a sense of possibility.
I’m a Ritual Artist ▸
I create sacred space for meaning-making and transition.
Through personalized rituals, I help you honor what is shifting in your life—whether a new beginning, an ending, or the tender in-between. Grounded in shamanic and ceremonial practices, my work invites intention, connection, and transformation that reflects your unique rhythm and values.
I’m a Clown ▸
I help you reconnect with joy, play, and presence.
Clowning is how I embrace the multiplicities within myself—and it’s how I help others do the same. Through creative play, we explore vulnerability, resilience, and the unexpected. Clown work reminds us that failure can be freeing, and that presence is a powerful portal to transformation.
I’m a Radio Producer, Host & Trainer ▸
I help you find your voice and share your truth.
After 21 years in community radio, mentoring voices and amplifying underrepresented stories, I now bring that same energy into my facilitation. Whether through storytelling, dialogue, or performance, I support you in cultivating presence, confidence, and connection through authentic self-expression.
I’m an Astrology Enthusiast ▸
I use astrology as a playful, powerful tool for self-awareness.
My love of astrology began in childhood and continues today as a way to explore the archetypal patterns that shape our lives. I bring deep curiosity, study, and reverence to this symbolic language, and how zodiac energies live and move within us.
My Approach
Here’s what you can expect when we work together.
Guidance and Generosity
I foster a collaborative, open environment where I share leadership and actively encourage participation. By offering ideas, being resourceful, and valuing the contributions of others, I create a space where everyone's voice is valued and the process of learning is co-created.
I embrace flexibility in teaching, recognizing that people learn and express themselves in diverse ways. By providing multiple pathways for understanding, I strive to create an inclusive environment that honors individual learning styles and fosters a sense of belonging for all participants.
I view learning as an ongoing journey, encouraging participants to document their progress and reflect on their personal growth. This process-based approach allows both the facilitator and participants to map their learning, measure progress, and recognize the collective contributions that shape the learning experience.
